| Travel Documents Guests arriving from outside of Canada
must have proper identification to clear Canadian Customs. Generally, for U.S.
citizens, a photo I.D. and birth certificate is sufficient, but a passport is always best.
Destination: Pacific and the resort can not be responsible if a custom's delay
occurs. For your trip home, be sure to keep your fishing license with you (not in
checked luggage) as you may be asked by Customs or Fisheries to produce it.
Fishing License Requirements
A Canadian saltwater fishing license is required.
Licenses are available at the South Terminal when you arrive for your flight up to the
M.V. Charlotte Princess.
Flying into Vancouver, B.C.
Guests arriving by aircraft into Vancouver International
Airport are encouraged to arrive the day prior to your departure as airlines do have
delays, and we would hate for you to miss your flight up to the Charlotte Princess as it
is a specially scheduled flight. We also recommend that you plan to stay in
Vancouver the night that you return in case there are weather delays in traveling back
from the resort. If you need assistance booking your flight to Vancouver,
Destination:Pacific can assist you with this flight.
Hotel Accommodations in Vancouver
Special room rates are available at several hotels in
Vancouver for guests of the Charlotte Princess. The special rate includes shuttle
service to and from the Vancouver International and South Terminal (where your flight to
the resort leaves from) Airports. The rate also includes complimentary freezer
storage for your catch upon your return. The hotels offering these packages are the
Vancouver Airport Marriott, the Hilton Vancouver Airport and the Best Western Richmond
Inn. All three hotels are close together and are 10 minutes from the airport.
Please contact Destination: Pacific for more information and reservations.
